Amazon Relay

The Relay app is the center of Amazon’s middle mile delivery system. At Amazon I lead the Relay App design team. I designed the initial version of the app and then grew it, and the team. As the Relay program expanded we had a lot of things to learn, from different load types (around the world) to the intricacies of supply chains. This work was characterized by lots of research, constantly short timelines, and constant change. We ended up with the highest rated Amazon app in the App Store by being agile, lots of prototyping and having a nailed down design system.
